Booking terms

Deposits and payment

A 30% deposit secures your date; your slot is held from the moment you place your booking until the deposit is received. The balance is due on the day of the shoot, or for weddings on the wedding day. Masterclass seats are confirmed when the fee is paid.

Changes

Dates can be moved once free of charge with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability. Masterclass seats can be moved to the next intake with 7 days notice.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable because we turn other clients away for your date. If we ever have to cancel, we refund you in full.

Delivery

Edited photos are delivered in a private online gallery within 14 to 30 working days depending on the package, or 7 days with express delivery. We keep your gallery for at least 12 months.

Usage

You may print and share your photos for personal use. The studio keeps the copyright and may feature selected images in its portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to.
