How do I secure my date?
Book online and pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer, DuitNow QR or at the studio. Upload your receipt on the booking page and we confirm your date by email and WhatsApp. The balance is due on the day of the shoot.
Do you travel outside Taiping?
Yes. We cover all of Perak, Penang, Kedah, the Klang Valley and beyond. A small travel fee applies outside Taiping; the instant quotation shows it for your location.
When will I receive my photos?
Sneak peeks within 72 hours for weddings, and the full edited gallery within 14 to 30 working days depending on the package. Express delivery is available as an add-on.
Can I change my date?
Yes, dates can be moved once free of charge with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability.
Do you print albums and canvases?
Yes. We work with master print labs for fine-art albums and framed canvases, and ship across Malaysia and abroad, including Singapore.
Do you use AI to edit photos?
No. Every photo is edited and retouched by hand. We don’t rely on generative AI, so your photos stay true to your day.
